first off, Conrad is literally the only person in the boston area you will get to come to your house to work on your treadmill/elliptical. luckily, he's awesome. he spent a half hour over text and phone with me before the visit to try to fix the issue for free, and when that didnt work, he trucked out to the south shore to do the repair. it did take two visits, but that was due to my error using too much silicone which made it need a new belt. fair price, great service, and i also appreciate that he is training an apprentice.

Conrad came to my home and assessed the situation. He ordered the needed belt for my Vision treadmill, let me know when it arrived, came back to install the belt and tune up and clean the treadmill. He made some maintenance suggestions as needed. All in all he was prompt, courteous, fun to chat with, and my old treadmill is now pretty much as good as new. And the final price was less than I had originally expected. Nice work!

Conrad and his colleague were an incredible help with disassembling our treadmill for a big move! We had a very large treadmill that would have been really difficult to break down ourselves. He was very responsive and helped us understand what was needed to improve the life of the treadmill. Highly recommend his services!

Conrad called me within minutes of my leaving a message. He shared it would not be worth the time and money to repair mt 8.5 year old treadmill and instead recommended replacing it. He was funny and helpful!

Total hack. After payment and checking for almost two weeks he provided the following “letter” for insurance. Couldn’t even put contact info or erase “sent from iphone”
