Communication was excellent throughout the process—they confirmed details, arrived on time for pickup about 100 miles away, and even called to verify all equipment was accounted for before leaving the site. The guys did a fantastic job! i had other companies tell me it would take two or three days to do. These guy got here around 10:30 am and had it done completely by 7:00 pm. The service was excellent!! Logan & Riley were amazing and truly cared about our property as they were coming in and out of our house and the installation was as professional as it could be. They put down blankets on our carpet and upon completion they explained in detail how the equipment worked. This whole process has been excellent from the time I called to schedule the delivery all the way through the process of them keeping me updated as they approached the house. Fast and Easy set up! Logan and Riley did a great job setting up our new 4 way multi gym cable machine! They both had good customer service and both were good communicators. Corban the sales rep also did a good job with communicating pricing and setting up the delivery.

The team did a great job. Professional throughout. Near the end of their service, they noticed a knock on the left foot pedal of my elliptical and they tried, but couldn't diagnose it or fix it. Recommend in the future they contact the manufacturer to figure out the problem and solution. The original problem they came to fix was resolved.

On time, on budget and attention to detail. High level of knowledge & experience. Pleasure working with Corbin on the phone and Logan in the field. Have traine elite athletes for 37 yrs and need my equipment to perform on point.

Eli and Mike were friendly, efficient, engaging and customer oriented. They thoroughly checked my treadmill and ensured everything was in proper working order. I was very pleased.

They showed up at 8am exactly as scheduled. They were super polite, friendly and professional. They were conscientious and took great care when carrying the equipment through my home. Installation was quick and efficient. They took all the packaging with them and before I knew it they were on their way. Best delivery/install I’ve ever had, hands down!

They installed a multi-gym for us. Arrived on time, finished early, machine is perfectly assembled, were super polite and hard workers...and cleaned up every bit of trash. Prior to their visit, I was contacted by a very nice person to schedule the install. It was followed by a confirmation email...and they texted when they were on their way. I highly recommend...very satisfied!

The fitness E.R team did a fantastic and expedient job delivering and installing my home gym in our garage. The work was professional, and both were very polite and courteous to any changes in the placement or corrections that I asked for. They unpacked, and when finished with set up, they took every single bit of the packaging with them when they left. Keep up the great work.

We used them for a treadmill that wasn't working at our office. When I first called they explained how they worked and fees upfront. When the appointment was set; I received updates via text on when the tech would arrive, which was very helpful. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with the machine and what next steps would be.

They showed up promptly and did a nice job repairing our elliptical. Eli was very courteous and even did some extra preventative care while the machine was open.

Delivery of our flooring was pretty painless! 4 stars due to 2 damaged rolls, but it happens. It was just on the ends so it can be salvaged. The techs delivering were personable and friendly! Update: floor rolls were probably damaged from the factory (there was red tape one one, which I was told was supposed to be caught by the factory). Second delivery of equipment went mostly smooth. We had 6 pieces delivered including a large modular wall unit. The modular unit took a long time to put together. They arrived around 11-ish and left around 10-ish. I didn't anticipate it would take quite so long, of course I've never put together workout equipment lol. Final product is great. Crew cleaned up and took all trash with them, which I appreciate!
