Very professional and was able to schedule a service call in a timely manner. The technician that came into my house was very knowledgeable and familiar with the issue that I was experiencing with the treadmill. He called the manufacturer's support line to make sure about his diagnosis. The part was ordered and the repair completed to my satisfaction. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. Professional, reliable, friendly. Jeff, the tech we worked with, went above and beyond to make sure our treadmill was working properly. They called when they said they would, kept in contact so we'd know when they were going to arrive, and did an excellent job.

I've had many service companies take care of my extensive exercise equipment in different parts of the country and hands down Fitness Direct is second to none. They are without question the best! Why? Quick service. Professionalism. (Jeff is incredible!) Ability to go above and beyond to do the job when others said it couldn't be repaired. Fair biz practices meaning the customer needs are the first priority. Outstanding communication on what is being done, why, and cost. I would never consider having anyone else touch my equipment. Awesome dudes here. They worked on my Precor treadmill, and I was lucky enough to learn from them that I was under warranty and didn’t have to pay for parts. Very fair pricing and great communication.

We called Fitness Direct, a company owned by Jon Schmidt, based on the very positive reviews of their service on Google. We wanted to have the rollers (wheels) on our Precor elliptical replaced. I spoke to Jon and he suggested that, in order to save money, I could order the parts directly from an online company. Jeff, his superb senior tech, came and replaced the rollers as well as the two belts. Unfortunately, the rollers we ordered turned out to be annoyingly noisy. Both Jon and Jeff were determined to make everything work perfectly; they wanted us to be fully satisfied. After a couple of tries to fix the noise problem, Jon ordered the OEM rollers from Precor directly, and so far, he hasn’t accepted our repeated offers to reimburse him for the parts. Jeff came yesterday to install the new rollers, and the Precor elliptical works just as quietly and smoothly as it did when we first purchased it. This is an exemplary company that goes well beyond what a demanding customer would expect. Both Jon and Jeff are running a top-notch company with expertise and courtesy. We are happy to add to the positive reviews. We wouldn’t call any other company in the future but Fitness Direct.

Great company to work with. Very thorough, communicative and their techs are willing to help educate me on my equipment maintenance. They are quick to respond and come out as promptly as possible. They let me know when a tech is coming out which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

They assembled our Bowflex PR6000 machine and were very professional. They did a wonderful with the assembly and removed all the leftover items from the packaging. I recommend them. Hiring them to do the assembly was an excellent decision.

I cannot rave enough about the service of Fitness Direct Service! My treadmill was damaged in the flood and FDS jumped through hoops to find my warranty and almost completely rebuilt my treadmill for a minimal cost. Their service was prompt and they had the highest level of professionalism and did not stop trying until my treadmill was n perfect working condition. Customer Service is alive and well at FDS! The owner, John, has been terrific to work with! I bought a preowned Precor treadmill from him a few years ago, and it still works like a champ today! About 2 years ago, my wife wanted an elliptical, so I purchased, a pre-owned Precor elliptical from Fitness Direct, and she loves it! John and his right hand tech, Jeff, have been totally professional, very attentive to our needs, and they do superb work. I have them come once a year for an overall maintenance check on both pieces of our equipment, and they work like new. Don’t shop anywhere else, go to Fitness Direct!

This company is awesome.. Very professional . They get back to you in a timely manner! Not trying to rip customers off. Which is a PLUS!! Ordered a Precor bike and had it shipped. Older model UBK615 w/ PVS. I could not get the TV to work . Even hardwired it.. Called this company came right out. EASY fix. In and out !! I would recommend this company anyday . Thanks again!! I need another part on my bike. I will be using this company. TRENTON is awesome. HIGHLY recommended. YOU can tell he enjoys his job. He takes pride in making customers happy!!
