Paolo was a lifesaver! Even though he does not typically service my area, he spent a significant amount of time speaking and texting with me to troubleshoot issues with my treadmill. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get it running again. Throughout the entire process, Paolo was patient and kind. I could not recommend his services more highly.

This repairman is self employed! incredibly knowledgeable and so unusual in this world: extremely kind. On a Sunday he was going through the repair manual of my Nautilus elliptical helping me troubleshoot the problems, and then figure out which parts I would need to order. In so doing, He has helped me determine that rather than repairing my very expensive elliptical for which parts cost upwards of $300 that I should instead invest in a new one which yields him no income. I highly recommend Fit Tek world. I’m looking forward to working with him on my new equipment. Five stars for industry and equipment knowledge, intelligence and work ethic. ♥️

Paulo was great. He helped figure out what was wrong with my Proform elliptical and told me exactly which replacement parts to order. He was professional, friendly, and had very reasonable prices.

I had the great pleasure of having Paulo has my tech for my nordictrack 1750 treadmill and he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Came right to my machine and found the problem and told him my belt was slipping and he tightened it for me. Overall great experience and highly recommend him!!
