FDR Service

Disappointed as I was referred to this business to help work on a treadmill. Messaged the owner and was told to call on Monday after the weekend. Did so, never answered. Left a voicemail. Never received a call back. Messaged back to simply touch base. Gave it another day and the benefit of the doubt, called the office and was able to get back in touch with the owner and was finally able to explain the issue I was having. Was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day. Never received a callback or message. Unfortunately, I wasted two weeks that I could have reached out elsewhere or simply have been told of other resources to reach out to. Beware.

Jeff and the guys here know their way around fitness equipment. From diagnosing problematic cardio equipment to replacing belts and cables on strength machines, they are the best in the business. They also do preventive maintenance on all size gyms from 10 pieces to 200, and they will always leave each piece in better condition than they found it. Something they take real pride in is their delivery and installation service. They go the extra mile to insure that from the time the equipment is delivered to their warehouse until it is delivered, it gets full attention to make sure no dings or dents occur in the transport or installation process. If I could give 10 stars I would, but 5 will have to do. Give them a call for all of your commercial fitness center needs!

I have used FDR Services for many many years. They have always been knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I would recommend FDR if you have commercial equipment needing repair.

They were not able to service my home treadmill. However, in my opinion, their customer service was excellent. And again in my opinion that goes along way with me

I have called 4 times requesting service. Each time was told the schedule coordinator would call. No one has called back or reached out or apologized for the ball being dropped. I’d recommend trying anyone else
