Alexandr is amazing! I hired him to move my G624 Freemotion. It was over 1000 lbs. He showed up ontime and did the best job ever!! I highly recommend him!

After much going back and forth and not being happy initially, Alexandr and I were able to come to terms and he, again, came back to service my treadmill. Alexandr cares very much about his reputation and pleasing his customers. I am pleased we were able to work together to figure things out and I am glad that he kept pursuing things and wanted things to be right. Good customer service is rare these days, but he offered that in addition to his repair skills. I would recommend his service.

Outstanding service. Professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Moved and serviced a very heavy treadmill from a second story, with a winding marble staircase . They accomplished this with absolute precision.

Alexandr from Exercise Equipment came to my home and repaired my treadmill. He was super professional and took a lot of time explaining every step he needed to take. He ,gave me a price ,explaining all the whys about what was needed ,educating me ,even sending a picture of the piece that was needed ,which was exactly what I needed to understand . He communicated with me about the part that was ordered,even showed a picture of the FedEx route . He took the time to manually move the treadmill when job was completed for a better view of my TV while using treadmill for working out ! Very fair price ,and really impressed me with a feeling that he was honest ,and really cares about his customers. I will definitely use him again if needed as well as refer his company.
