Great attitude, reasonably priced, wonderful work ethic Had a 28 year old precor elliptical with error codes. Zack responded promptly, worked hard to locate the issue, and after 4 visits with different ordered parts as he tried to track down the problem, he fully refunded me all monies paid bc he couldn’t fix the issue. Let me repeat: he worked for at least 7 hours on site, drove to goodyear each time, and didn’t charge me ANYTHING bc he couldn’t fix my issue. That’s someone who you want working on your fitness equipment. Don’t hesitate to give this guy a chance. You won’t regret it.

Amazing customer service! Our treadmill stopped working and upon calling, we were able to talk to Zach right away. He was super helpful and promptly came out to do an evaluation. Once the issue was diagnosed Zach took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer to get parts replaced under warranty, saving us the hassle. He truly went above and beyond and did his everything he could to make sure we got our treadmill up and running safely and reliably. So happy with this service and will definitely use in the future for maintenance and repairs!

Zach did everything possible to do what was necessarry to diagnose, even over the phone. My treadmill was working by the time he finished, meaning, I could have just said thankyou, and not paid anything! However, my Schwinn is many years old, LED, shows HR, Calories, mileage, programmable for multiple people. I believe in "preventable maintenance and tuning" so, I had Zach come out, did complete cleaning, oiling, adjusted the running belt, tested for slippage, tested all connections, amperage on each part. He even checked my floor with a level, which was slightly not level, which could affect gradual belt alignment! He is an expert, extreemely honest, and explains his work, what he is doing. A perfectionist, pride in work!

Zach was able to quickly identify the problem with my Relax the back chair. The chair is older and he needs to research the broken part number (a snapped cable) and find out if it is available. In the meantime he was able to set the chair in a comfortable position so I can use it. Most technicians that come to your house would just tell you it was not repairable and collected their service fee.. I have completely confidence that if it can be repaired Zach is the guy who can do it. I'm very happy with his service.

Zack showed up to my home and maintenanced my treadmill and switched out my drive belt. He did an excellent job and explained everything thing he did with before and after pics. Best price in town, fast, and friendly. Everything I wanted. However, Zach ran out of stickers to put on my stair climber. That would have been nice so I had his number handy when I do my yearly PM service.

First time using Everything Fitness to diagnose and fix a squeaky sound on my stationary bike. Scheduling was easy and communication was great. Most importantly, Zack fixed my bike for a reasonable cost.

I had them assemble a lat pulldown machine. Scheduling was easy and fast. Assembly was fast and they did great work. The machine works great and very smooth performance. They also oiled the guide tubes and provided maintenance recommendations to keep it working for a long time. I will use them in the future.

The Tech that came out (and I’m sorry but I can’t remember his name), Was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. Brent was awesome to work with upfront setting up a time and going through all of our options to fix our home gym. If I could rate Everything Fitness more than five stars, I would! I recently purchased an elliptical for my wife and was assured by the seller that everything was in perfect working condition. However, after bringing it home, we noticed some strange noises and realized there were issues with the machine. A friend recommended Everything Fitness, and although I was initially skeptical, I decided to give them a call. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I spoke with Sandra, the office manager, I knew I was in good hands. She was incredibly professional, kind, and flexible with our schedule. Sandra promptly arranged for Zach to come to our home, and I was blown away by his expertise. Within just 10 minutes of his visit, Zach identified the problem—broken screws—and immediately started extracting and re-threading the holes in our elliptical. Zach ordered the necessary parts, and they arrived quickly. Sandra kept us informed throughout the process, and we were able to schedule the follow-up appointment without any hassle. When Zach returned, he installed the new parts, and now our machine runs perfectly. It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble, and the strange noises are gone.
