This business was assigned by NordicTrack to do a warranty repair on my exercise equipment. Zero contact after nearly two weeks, and it will take NT at least a week to assign another tech. If you don't want to do the work, which this guy clearly doesn't, maybe don't advertise a service-oriented business.
via GoogleMr. Michael Brown voluntarily took an assignment from NordicTrack to repair a defective machine (the x32i treadmill -- trust me, go with the Peloton instead), and now will not return phone calls or text messages to schedule a date to do the repairs. So, when you spend $4000 on a product that's defective, and the technician they hire won't return your phone call (after he accepted the assignment), that should tell you all you need to know about both the machine and the technician. Lesson learned.
via GoogleJohn came out to evaluate and service our new Nordictrack cycle that was making a very loud clicking noise. He immediately diagnosed the problem as an issue with the bearing and was able to completely resolve the issue with some adjustments and oil. John even took the time to take a quick look at our old treadmill to see if it had any issues. Overall, John was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I highly recommend him for any exercise equipment repair.
via GoogleBe aware! This is totally rip off! Their service is really really bad. After paying $159 service fee to NordicTrack, I waited for two weeks and no one has contacted me. Then I called CYOD and they said they tried to call me but the number is wrong even tho they then used the same number to call me right after receiving my email. I told them the motor is not running. After another one week, someone came in and checked about ten minutes and left. The guy told me he will order the motor. After another week, I called NordicTrack and they said no one has ordered the motor. WTH???!!!I asked NordicTrack to order it for me and now I need to pay another $65 to have another technician to install the motor.
via GoogleVery unprofessional in my opionin. I needed to rescedule a week and a half before my appointmemt so I tried calling, texting, emailing them but they wouldn't respond. When they finally did respond it was a whole day later and they just texted me once at 9pm. I texted back say that I needed to resceduled but they didn't reply back. Then they just showed up on the original appointment date but I wasn't there because I already told them it wouldn't work for me. So instead of making a new appointment they just canceled on me eventhough my rowing machine is under warrenty. Wouldn't use them again
via GoogleThe technician called to set-up the appointment a few days prior. The day of the appointment, he called when he was on his way, and showed up as scheduled. He quickly completed the repair, and tested the machine. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
via GoogleExcellent service from Mike. Very responsive, called and texted prior to the service day, came earlier than expected, etc. Very professional/knowledgeable. Shared tips and tricks on use and maintenance. Thank you Mike!
via GoogleCyod is a great company that does great work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
