Purchased a Universal Trainer this past December. Norman and his associate Benley were super knowledgeable, easy to work with and offered the Black Friday discount to me well beyond the expiration. Communication with delivery and set up was very clear and accurate. The workers did an excellent job setting up the machine and I’ve been enjoying my home gym everyday. The quality of the equipment is superb. The options are endless. Thank you Norman and Benley.

Recently, we bought a Spirit treadmill from Norm. We enjoyed talking with him, getting to know about different machines and what would be the best fit for us. The men who assembled the machine (and took away and old elliptical) were great! They were prompt, courteous, and worked quickly. We would highly recommend ConnectFit Fitness equipment.

ConnectFit in Newton is wonderful in every way!! Norman and Joe couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I bought our first treadmill from Norman 15 years ago. A few years ago we bought a recumbent. And just this year it was finally time for a new treadmill. Norman is terrific and he took great care of us as he showed us and explained the different treadmill models to us. We settled on one and it was delivered a few weeks later. Norman's showroom is beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our visit. Our new treadmill works beautifully and the latest model pairs with our phones so were able to watch TV while we're working out. We highly recommend ConnectFit, Norman and Joe for all your fitness needs. They are fantastic to work with!!

Norm was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our treadmill. He let us try the display models out at our leisure and we spent probably half an afternoon there. The delivery/install team was terrific about accommodating our schedule, and were very clean, friendly, and professional. We had a very tricky basement entrance to navigate, especially after a big snow storm, but they figured it out. They were also knowledgeable regarding getting our streaming apps set up on the device. Overall, we are happy with the product we selected and their service so we would highly recommend ConnectFit!

Wonderful experience today with Norm the manager. I was on the market for a treadmill to replace one I previously purchased from Norm over 20 years ago (another showroom). I was impressed with his knowledge and advice back then so I purchased other equipment as well for my home gym around the same time. I visited his showroom today and was so pleased to find the level of high quality carefully chosen equipment with a great selection. Norm is a professional. He listened to my needs and gave me his expert advice and selections with no pressure. I was able to try treadmills out and immediately felt comfortable with the quality and choices he suggested. He knew the technical aspects and build quality of everything I questioned him about and I am pretty technical! I was so happy he operates with the same level of honesty and integrity I remembered from 20 years ago. His pricing is great and they have their own service and delivery people which really matters to me. Truly a great experience and such a refreshing change from national corporations. Norm made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer.

We just bought a treadmill for home use. My husband has the dual challenge of being totally blind and also very tall. Norm took a great deal of time in understanding his needs, our space and what we needed. He did not simply choose the most expensive option he truly offered the best solution including medical rails that really help. Purchased the True Performance 8000 a few months ago from ConnectFit (Norman). This is a replacement of my 20 year old True Treadmill. The new treadmill is fantastic. Stable, solid in every way, quiet, easy to use. It does exactly what it should and it does it better than other treadmills at this price point. Add to that a 10 year warranty on everything and I know I'm getting a great product with a great track record. Norman and ConnectFit are fitness experts. They sell great products from great companies. Highly recommed ConnectFit and True Treadmills!

This store was very helpful in our treadmill purchase. Although I lived out of state, Norm, talked with me through my many questions on which treadmills I should purchase. He had no reason to help me but was very patient, informative and direct in the advice he gave. Given this large ticket purchase, I felt more at peace with my decision after my discussion with him. This is an amazing place! We bought a treadmill from Norm Morrison years ago that lasted fifteen years (without a drop of maintenance!) There was nowhere else to turn when we decided to transition to an elliptical (quieter, easier on the joints). We were delighted to find that Norm and Jenn (Morrison) were still the ideal salespeople to handle our most recent summer purchase. They were knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, generous with their time, and highly professional through all stages of the process. I can't imagine a better store to deal with. I hope they're in business for years to come so I can get my next machine here!

I recently visited ConnectFit and I was impressed by the outstanding customer service. I was greeted by Ben and he offered to help with any questions I had. I had just come from a competitor up the street where I walked all around the store and they never acknowledged me the entire time I was there. By contrast, Ben at ConnectFit was attentive and patient. The store itself is well-organized and has a great selection of equipment. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase, and they really made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It's clear they care about their customers and are experts in the industry. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for exercise equipment – excellent selection, unbeatable customer service, and a stress-free shopping experience. I have worked with OconnectfFit for years and they never disappoint. Normally I am exploring or purchasing new equipment but this time I had an unusual request to dismantle equipment and Norman came through. The crew was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend using ConnectFit for all your exercise equipment needs.

I called Connect Fit to ask if they shipped out of state, and Norman informed me that they did not. Despite knowing he wouldn't make a sale, he generously spent 20 minutes of his time helping me narrow down the best treadmill for my needs. I visited ConnectFit with some idea of what I wanted in a treadmill, but after talking with Norman, I had a much better understanding of what was available and which models would best meet my needs. Norm and his associate focused on what I wanted and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. I was particularly pleased with Norm's ability to accurately estimate clearance height when determining if my running on the incline would be too high for my basement's low ceiling. He is clearly experienced in dealing with potential complications like my low ceiling and identifying the products that should work in such an environment.

I received excellent and informative customer service in the showroom from Norm who helped me pick the right piece of equipment that would meet my needs (size of room, medical limitations, exercise goals) within my available budget. There are no slick car salesman-like gimmicks, just someone passionate about their products who want to sell you something you'll be happy with. As a therapist myself, I see BS a mile away and i didn't get any of that at this store. The service delivery was impeccable. The staff were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and careful. They took the time to make sure I was happy with the setup of equipment in my space and willing to take the time to arrange it in different directions to ensure I was happy. Cannot recommend highly enough.
