Our 15 year old home treadmill was showing an “elevation error” and it was something I couldn’t fix on my own. I called and left a voicemail and was called back the next day, scheduling an appointment the early the following week. The repairman was on time and he got right to work and had the issue fixed within 1/2 hour. With it being the beginning of the new year I thought it was going to take forever to get fixed so the whole process was less than a week and the cost was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this company for personal fitness equipment repairs.

Upon someone's recommendation, I contacted this company for help with servicing my treadmill. Ron Woodcock quickly got back with me, and sent his tech Bobby Burgess out the next day. Bobby was super professional and helpful, and quickly diagnosed my treadmill issues (needed a good cleaning). He had me up and running in less than 30 minutes! Bobby then shared with my wife and I more about Commercial Fitness, and the equipment they had for sale (my wife was looking for a recumbent bike). Ron was quick to text me pictures, specs and pricing on the bike she was interested in. So we went over to their shop the next day, and purchased said bike from them. Ron was equally professional and helpful, and was able to set up a delivery for the next day. Bobby and his partner Dima delivered the bike, set it up, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. If you're looking for fitness equipment service and sales, look no further than Commercial Fitness Service & Sales!

My wife called this company to repair a NordicTrack Treadmill, she made an appointment. The tech came out after two weeks. We requested that a service be performed. At no time did the tell us that they did not work on Nordic track or could they not get parts. The tech took my treadmill apart cleaned and lubed the belt and adjusted it. The elevation and fan didn’t work so he tried to figure it out and called Nordic track for help which he waited on the phone. I did not ask him to call NordicTrack and he said to his boss he waited for 45 minutes which they considered that apart of the service. I paid $215, for his work. A day later the belt is still slipping. My wife called the next day and they said the technician had called in sick. I got involved the next day and called the company. I spoke to a fellow who didn’t state his position. He said that my treadmill needed a belt. He commented that they don’t order from NordicTrack because of the time they have to stay on the phone it is not worth their time. I asked him why they chose to make an appointment on a piece of equipment that they don’t work on and can’t get parts for. He said because my wife was so nice. I said nice has nothing to do with it I am out $215, and my treadmill still doesn’t work right. He said to me unfortunately there are no free lunches in life. I couldn’t believe he said that and told him that. He said if I wanted to order the belt from NordicTrack they would come out and replace it. I told him why would I pay you more money. I said you should’ve told me in the beginning that you don’t work on NordicTrack and I could have gone elsewhere. We are out $215, and in the same situation. This company is not honest, when money is involved I don’t care how nice you are when I exchange money for a service or product.

I called this company to help me at my residence with a ProForm Elliptical. Initially I was quoted something, but didn’t feel solid in the findings of the techs that came out. I reached out to the office and explained my position. Blake offered to come assess the equipment at my home a second time free of charge. His estimate was much different. While it took some extra time to get it all taken care of, Blake bent over backwards to help me. I am satisfied with the overall outcome and would highly recommend their services.

My treadmill belt thorn and looking online it would take 2 weeks to get here. The folks at Commercial Fitness were able to get it to me a little less than a week. The lady's at the front desk were so nice and gave me that great southern hospitality.

Commercial Fitness Service and Sales helps clients with commercial grade exercise equipment. Commercial Fitness does have preowned equipment that is competitively priced and will outlast anything sold in stores such as Walmart. While residential grade equipment is sold, the primary market is gyms, physical therapy, colleges, high schools, hotels, and apartments.
