Couldn't have asked for smoother service. Arrived right on time, got everything working, explained what they were doing, and got in and out quick as could be. Hopefully don't have to have them back anytime soon, but if anything else goes wrong with our treadmill I'll absolutely feel confident bringing Chris back, he was great.
via GoogleBE VERY WEARY! This company looks to try to void your warranty. Tech came out to replace a part. After the part was replaced my treadmill would not stop shaking while I was using it. A problem that had not happened before. In fact I used the treadmill just prior to the techs arrival and it did not shake and move about. The treadmill screen broke shortly after due to the shaking which more than likely was due to the machine being put back together incorrectly. I contacted my service plan provider and was informed my warranty was now void because my treadmill was not stored in a “climate controlled area.”
