Customer Service is extremely poor. I would go 9-10 days without hearing anything about my parts. Once an appointment was made, no one showed up to install, no one called me with an update or to reschedule. Almost 2 hours after the appointment time I called and they finally gave me an excuse. I was very upset because I sat at home waiting with for no one to show up. I told them someone needs to show up at the appt time, or I can come over and have a conversation in person about it; I can't sit at home all day waiting for them not to show up. I made it known how disappointed I was and how unprofessional they have been over the last 45 days. I get the email saying they would not service my machine anymore. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Very nice people and prompt service and on time service call, they claimed I needed a sensor and they were filling in service calls for Hess fitness. They were waiting for information on my treadmill then Hess fitness tech was back on the job and came by and he cleaned the sensor instead of claiming a repair. Hess fitness tech was able to diagnose and fix with his expertise. Unfortunately it cost me 200$ for a misdiagnosis. 1 star ⭐ service.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPL!! I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO USE THE MACHINE PHILIP ASSEMBLED, ONLY TO DISCOVER THE MACHINE WAS NOT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY. PHILIP PROMISED TO COME TODAY. I WAITED ALL DAY, BUT HE DID NOT CALL OR TEXT.
