Fantastic company!! Selecting and ordering parts on the website is extremely easy. I ordered a treadmill console for an old model Precor treadmill; it arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Everything was exactly as advertised. Customer Service is EXTRAORDINARY!! I had difficulties with my installation (not attributable in any way to this company); Larry went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me and made quite an impression on me. I truly thought Customer Service was a thing of the past but Larry proved otherwise. Truly impressive! I recommend this company to anyone in need of parts for gym equipment-the prices are extremely reasonable and the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! I would give this business 10 stars if I could!!

I have an older EFC 556 PreCor exercise machine that developed a keyboard problem. I went online to Cardio Equipment and bought a new board, but it had issues at first. I texted the support site and got a hold of LARRY, who was OUTSTANDING. He helped an 81-year-old man remove boards and replace a 24-pin IC. The result was a "new" exercise machine. LARRY took the time to send pictures of what to look for and how to make the replacement. Kudos to LARRY, his support was amazing. In faith i sent my life fitness motor for repair. $300 gamble with 75 in shipping to boot. But Cardio fixed my motor in 1 day and overnighted it back. It is back in my treadmill rocking on. Simply amazing. Ty Cardio equipment parts. You saved my 20 year old treadmill!!

Easy to find the product on the website and the shipping was relatively quick. The products arrived in good condition. However, the controller was clearly not the same and completely failed after 2 minutes of operating under load after running fine unloaded for quite a while. It could be that there is an issue with my motor, but the feedback I have gotten from experts is that you need to buy parts directly from the manufacturer and the failure of the controller supports this.

I ordered, and received, a treadmill control board from Cardio Equipment Parts. I received a message from seller through ebay suggesting I contact them if I had any questions, or for troubleshooting. Sounded like a nice offer. I did so, twice. The first time through their web site; the second through ebay. Despite their claim of excellent customer service, I never heard back from them. I had no complaint (at that time), only a request for input/troubleshooting. If there was an option on ebay to leave feedback at this point, it would not be particularly positive considering no communication from the business. 9/25/25 After going to their website and making a phone call to CEP (and leaving a message), I finally did hear back from the company. I had a reasonable conversation with someone there. Unfortunately, I'm saddled with a part (control board) that is acting similarly to what it replaced. The individual I spoke with suggested there are other factors on an older treadmill that might result in the kind of poor performance I'm seeing. The fact that the replacement control board was unlikely to help this treadmill would have been good to know up front. Lesson learned.

I ordered a control board off eBay from them and it initially wasn’t working. The owner worked with me to figure out the problem and sent me a second part for free. He called multiple times to provide updates and overall was very responsive. I’m very grateful for their hard work in helping me repair my elliptical!

I recently purchased a 40-lb motor for my treadmill from CEP and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After searching everywhere for the motor, they were the only place that had it in stock. The ordering process was simple, and I was pleasantly surprised to see free shipping. The motor arrived quickly, was well packaged, and fit my treadmill perfectly. After placing this review, the Owner called me immediately to understand and then to resolve the problem and we are now working on a solution. So based on their promises to make good I am revising my initial review. They appear to be fully invested in providing good service and products. Ordered a replacement for a noisy motor but when it arrived it the new motor was just as bad as the old one. Since they have a no replacement policy once the motor is installed we had to eat the money we paid. Do not use repaired motors without some guarantee that it will work when installed.

When my treadmill stopped working i contemplated dropping $2,500 on a new one but found CEP appeared to have the replacement circuit board I needed. In all likelihood I purchased a non-compatible board but sent it back and CEP was able to modify it to match what was needed. I really appreciate the flexibility! Saved me a lot in the end.

I recently bought an elevation motor for my treadmill. The equipment part was shipped with care. I was worried that the piece might not work and it was not cheap. But once I followed the instructions carefully, the machine worked as before no problem. I was very happy to fix my own equipment with this piece rather than considering investing on a new machine. The piece was in perfect condition. It all worked very nicely. Buy with confidence from this seller! Happy customer! Totally recommended if you are on a budget. ;-)

The motor arrived today in GREAT shape. Thanks for doing an excellent job of packing it for us. This afternoon, I pulled the old motor and set it beside the new one to compare the feel and sound of the bearings. As I thought, the bearings on the old motor were very rough, and clearly were the reason causing the horrible howling noise on the treadmill. Why I tolerated this noise for so long is beyond me!!! I installed the new motor shortly afterward, and it is QUIET AS A MOUSE!! Wow, what a difference! So, thank you again for providing us with a quality new (rebuilt) motor and giving the old Pacemaster a new lease on life. We have always liked the very rugged build to it and know that buying something else similar today is next to impossible. We are so glad the motor has brought it back to it's former glory! Just wanted to let you know how well this worked out and to say thank you once again

Ordering the motor I needed was easy and the part was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the package was lost in shipment somewhere among the way, but after emailing Cardio Equipment with the problem, a replacement was shipped out within a few days, hassle free. The 2nd one made it with no problems. I will use them again if the need arises.

We had a board go out on our treadmill. After some research and a failed repair we reached out to CEP and they quickly matched our board with a replacement board. We ordered it and put it in our treadmill and back to life it came. Super easy and great transaction. Would definitely recommend.
