Great service from Jon and Heather. Fast response to original email request for service and appointment setup. Jon on time and performed requested but provided additional information on conditioin of my upright exercise bike (NordicTrack). They also provide service outside of Fresno as I am located in Reedley. Would highly recommend. Note: They were the only ones to respond out of 3 different Fresno agencies. Had second service call for update on my machine, again, great response and service

via GoogleThe technicians are great, Jason was very professional/knowledgeable and does a great job with our treadmill. He gave suggestions on what we would need in the future. We're every happy with his performance. The office seems to struggle, they have been hard to get ahold of. Scheduling seems to be lacking, we had an appointment the office cancelled after closing without notifying us about the change. In the end we have used them multiple times and I would recommend there service to friends and family if they needed gym equipment repaired and maintained.

via GoogleJust had a tech visit from Califitness. We have an extended warranty that they did not honor, parts are supposed to be covered, but they just told me it's going to cost $500. We worked it out with Precor and they said it was covered under warranty. The worst part is when I told the tech it's covered and I shouldn't have to pay he just said to deal with the manufacturer, he literally charged me just to come out and not help me at all! I will file a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau.
via GoogleCF services have been used three times, and each time, the technicians have worked quickly with no issues afterward. They are efficient, professionally friendly, and cleaned up when done. Heather was very helpful in finding just what was needed after my own confusing internet search. The item she ordered arrived quickly and was set up the same day.

via GoogleVery disappointed with this company. Their technician tried but did not fix the problem. They have not returned my calls/emails asking for a new tech. I've spent over $300 and my elliptical runs worse than before. Bad service, inexperienced technician. UPDATE- It took you 4 years, but I appreciate your comment! distinctly remember working with a tech named Alex and he did a good job the 2nd time around.

via GoogleI ordered parts for my Treadmills at my Fitness center since October 2023. It's Jan 25th 2024 now and still nothing. I paid 3k in repairs and order and still nothing. No emails nor follow ups from the company until I call and ask. They blame it on back order but other companies say they can fix it within a week. They would not return my money. Hopefully they get them fixed soon. I will write a follow-up review once they get the job done! FOLLOW UP: TECHNICIAN JASON CAME TO SERVICE EQUIPMENT AND INSTALL NEW PARTS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE START!! HE ALSO DID A TERRIBLE JOB AT DOING SERVICE ON EQUIPMENT. ONLY 2 OUT OF 6 TREADMILLs WORK NOW AND HE STATED 5 TREADMILLS WOULD ALL BE RUNNING BASED ON HIS RECOMMENDATIONS AND PARTS INSTALLATION! I SPOKE TO CALI FITNESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! THE MANAGER BASICALLY CALLED MY EQUIPMENT OLD EVEN THOUGH ANOTHER TECH FROM ANOTHER 5 STAR COMPANY SAID THEY ARE GREAT TREADMILLS. NOW I CAN SEE WHY MANY GYM OWNERS DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!!!!! REPLY TO FEEDBACK: ALL PARTS EXCEPT EMERGENCY KEY TAGS WERE INSTALLED DUE TO YOU GUYS OVERCHARGING, WHICH YOUR TECHNICIAN STATED THEY WILL STILL WORK. AFTER YOUR TECHNICIAN SERVICED THE TREADMILLS, THEY DID NOT WORK AS YOUR TECH STATED AND WAS RUDE TO MANAGEMENT IN FRONT OF MEMBERS. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME DO THE JOB YOUR COMPANY FAILED TO DO. THE NEW TECH COMPANY STATED YOU GUYS ARE NOT RELAIBLE AS PER YOUR HORRIBLE GOOGLE REVIEWS. MAYBE INSTEAD OF BLAMING THE CUSTOMER, START TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY AND GET NEW TECHNICIANS. JUST BECAUSE YOU SERVICE OTHER FACILITIES DOESN'T MEAN YOU DO A GOOD JOB.

Casey & Tracy were very knowledgeable & explained what to do if the problem happens again.. I will use this company again! Excellent customer service! Karen
