I had a wonderful experience with Best Technical Services! It was easy to coordinate the service with Diane, and Buck and Dave fixed my elliptical machine in about an hour. They were honest when it came down to an additional issue with my machine and did not try to take advantage in terms of the price. I am very pleased with the service, and grateful that I was able to get an accurate quote beforehand from Diane. Buck and Dave make for a funny duo! I had excellent service with the Best team. I have an old Landis L7 that stopped running. I did not know that my Landis treadmill had a lifetime warranty. Diane Best was nice enough to contact Landis to check for my lifetime warranty. The technicians came out to service my Landis promptly. They did a great job, and my treadmill is working now. I highly recommend Best Technical Services. They are honest and professional.

My Landice L7 treadmill suddenly stopped working. Buck came promptly with his assistant, identified the issue, and changed the electronic board (under warranty). The treadmill is back to operation and I am one happy camper :) Highly recommended!

They were able to come out quickly, diagnosed the problem, got the part and came back to install it all within a week (even though the part had to come by truck from Seattle).
