I started the process of replacing my treadmill running belt, but I was not able to get one of the deck screws out. I ordered the remaining parts recommended by Assembly Unlimited, and they came out and got me running again!

They were quick to respond and the tech they sent out quickly identified the problem and then he called the manufacturer of my treadmill to verify his diagnosis which they did. The consensus was our old belt was the problem and the tech got the serial number of the belt we needed to order and gave it to me as well as the phone number to call to order it. I wish more companies were as responsive.

They were punctual with the appointment they made in sending a technician out. He ruined my treadmill. He removed the console on my treadmill without taking a picture of the wiring to make sure he knew where the wires went as he removed the connections he broke some of them. He complained that there was too much glue on the back and then when he put the new console on he didn't know how to wire it. Had to call the office and ask about the wiring. They asked if he had taken a picture of the wiring on the old console before removing it. He claimed he forgot to. My treadmill doesn't work! he ruined it. I would definitely not recommend this place.

They do great work and have great turn around times. Very well priced and extremely glad we use them now for our fitness repair needs.
