They were truly the best! My treadmill belt was snug on the side and I spent months not walking on the treadmill. But All Island Fitness Repair crew came through big time! They fixed my treadmill fully, gave me insight on what to do going forward and finally I can use my treadmill right away! Ilya is the man & he knows his stuff! Check them out for real! Illya, All Island Fitness' owner, did a GREAT job fixing our treadmill. At first he tried a conservative approach but, when that didn't work, returned and did a much more extensive repair but facilitated the treadmill maker honoring its lifetime parts warranty, which saved us LOTS of money. Now it literally purrs. We'll only use All Island from now on, starting with annual maintenance. Ilya was reliable, courteous, responsive and has very reasonable fees. I'd recommend him and All Island to anyone. In fact, I already have!

Ripped me off. Come by my place to look at my treadmill. The techs took it apart, couldn’t fix it, said they needed parts from the manufacturer. Told me they called to get parts delivered, charged me a few hundred bucks and then the parts never arrived and I never heard back from them. Treadmill still in pieces. So essentially, broke down my equipment, never fixed it and charged me for the pleasure. Thanks for scamming me!

Great service! I was able to get an initial appointment quickly and they provided me with several options for repairs. The fee for diagnostics and repairs isn’t cheap but if you want to keep your old equipment rather than purchase new pricier equipment it’s worth it.

I recommend all island fitness to everyone who has any treadmills or ellipticals at home. I spoke to Ilya he is easy going and understood my problem that I described to him over the phone and recommended the parts I needed for the repair. They came in and took care of everything. Very satisfied and did a great Job.

Just had my Life Fitness elliptical X7 repaired by Ilya from All Island Fitness. He had to come over twice. The first time he diagnosed the problem and the second time he came back with the parts which had to be ordered. I thought his prices are vary fair. Had one place quote me of $295 per hour, which I thought was ridicules. I did my own research with the error code I got and I was correct about the problem I just couldn't pin point it and I did not try very hard. After watching Ilya fix the elliptical I"m glad I didn't try it my self, it was well worht it having someone who knows what they are doing. The other issue I had was that the ground wire on the replacement harness was too short a part that was ordered directly from Life Fitness. Ilya had to extend the ground wire. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work, price and the communication I had with Ilya. I have no problems recommending him. Thank you Ilya.

Ilya was very reliable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him in the future for maintenance on my treadmill & to repair/replace any parts needed for it.
