Ilya and Alex showed up within a day of calling them, on time and well equipped to reassemble, lubricate, and calibrate our Peloton Tread. It runs better now than when originally installed. Owner operated company, yay! They gave us usable information about how to maintain all of our fitness equipment. Fair price, clean, expert work. We definitely recommend, and will use them for regular maintenance as well. Glad we called them!

I had a Brand New LifeFitness T5 $5500 Treadmill with a factory defect of a Bent pin in one of the plugs after I installed. LIFEFITNESS Tech Support was HORRIBLE. These guys came and figured it out within the hour and kept testing my machine before they left and lubricated it. So they wanted to be VERY thorough. Cause they took pride in their work. And they put it back together correctly and brought my treadmill back to life after I kept getting an Emergency Stop Key Warning, which didn't allow my treadmill to be used at all. BRAND NEW UNIT--no less.
