Found John through google and saw his great reviews. Sent him a email and we exchanged a few quick emails he diagnosed the issue via email and I ordered a new belt based on that. He set up an appt showed up on time replaced the belt and cleaned everything up and lubricated the treadmill. Explained a lot to me. Very nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Very fair price. I have a Nordic Track Commercial X11i Treadmill. I bought it in 2019 and use it regularly as I love this machine. It inclines up to 40 and allows you to get a good workout in less time with our busy schedules. It has moved with me within Florida and back to NY. I have hired companies to disassemble it and reassemble it as well as address anything that seemed off. I can say that no one other than John has ever shown the time and care in reassembling or servicing my treadmill. I just moved to NY and needed the reassembly service. I am off warranty of course. He not only reassembled the unit but alerted me to several things that no other service tech ever did. Several of these things could, did and will in the future affect its long term performance, which is important to me. Rather than try to sell me services or products, he both showed me and told me what to get and how to take care of it, which would save me money on future services and repairs. It is refreshing to find someone who cares more about good service. My belt was a bit frayed, in desperate need of lubricant and instead of pushing me toward a new one, he showed me how to care and repair it if it happens again. He told me the belt is still good to keep using and saved me on a replacement at this time. Things you wouldn’t expect. His service fee was so minimal that I felt I was a friend more than a customer. This was the second time John came to fix one of my treadmills over the past few years. He does great work, is very professional and is respectful of the home. I contacted John recently about my treadmill not working. He did a great job a few years ago getting it back up and running. It’s not a very high end machine, but he said i should get a few more years out of it. He was correct. So, I contacted him on getting a new treadmill. It would be easy for him just to say “I’m not involved in selling treadmills, good luck”. He didn’t do that. He spent time emailing me and going over different options. What I got was an honest, sincere business owner who cared more about me purchasing the correct treadmill then ripping me off with promises of being able to fix my machine. When I described the problem with my treadmill, not only did John state that it didn’t pay to have it fixed, but he gave me great advice about purchasing a new machine. I can't thank this company enough. I called on Monday (a holiday) on the off chance they were open to schedule an appointment to service my treadmill. Not only were the open, John was at my house two hours later working on my exercise equipment. This is the second time I used All Care since I was so impressed the last time. John took the extra time to troubleshoot a "sound" he didn't like. He broke down the machine to make sure all was functioning properly. He carefully took the time to explain everything and what steps I should take to care for the equipment and get the most out of it. It is very obvious that All Care is much more concerned for the customer and what is best for them than making an extra buck. When all was said and done, John charged me for just the service fee even though he was at my home for much more than just a tune-up. I highly recommend this company for all your exercise equipment needs. You can count on friendly, prompt and courteous service. What an absolute gentleman who took the time to give me information that most other repair men would have made you pay for. It's very rare in this day and age to find someone who presents that character before you pay them. I would recommend John to anyone who was in need of treadmill service or repair.

We are so thrilled that John care to fix our Nordicktrack treadmill. Frankly dealing with Nordicktrack/Ifit was terrible but when they finally assigned John to the repair we had no problem scheduled. He showed on time, was very nice and did a perfect job. It was a warrantee repair so we didn't pay but in the future I will not hesitate to call him directly for future treadmill needs.

Although, I have not used All Care Treadmill Repair yet, I spoke with John and Debbie and they were very knowledgeable about my particular treadmill and gave me detailed information so that I could order the parts I would need. John even listened to the noise our treadmill was making during our phone call instead of insisting he make a repair visit! We are still "on the fence" as to whether we should have our treadmill repaired or if we should buy a new one. John gave us his honest opinion, even though it might mean he would not get our repair job. We will definitely use him if we decide to repair our treadmill or for any treadmill issues in the future.

So after he confirmed everything was ship-shape, have gave me in-depth maintenance advice to ensure my treadmill would operate flawlessly for years, including: *Lube the belt every 150 miles *Pop the hood on the treadmill every 3 months to clean out dust *Keep the area around the treadmill super clean *Keep the electric cord to the treadmill as short as possible to preserve the electronics *Reserve a clean pair of sneakers for use on the treadmill I don't expect any trouble with the treadmill. But if something crops up, I'm going to make a point of asking for John. Aces.

John came to my house within a day or two of being called when I ran into issues with Nordictrack not assembling my machine.
