They are AWESOME!! I called late on Friday and left a message regarding a True Fitness treadmill that was not working right and needed repair, I received a call on Saturday afternoon, the technician asked a few questions, he then walked me through a whole process to fix it. He was so kind to do that, I will always return to them for repair or purchase! Great customer service!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

All Brands Fitness Repair provided one of the best customer service experiences that I've had in years. They came to clean and lubricate my treadmill. The technician was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient. He even took the time to show me how to do this task myself. What I appreciated the most was their customer service creedo of treating the customer as they would wish to be treated. Highly recommend this organization.

Do not recommend. I used this company to move a piece of exercise equipment and they charged by the hour. I have never seen people move so slowly. I don’t think they could move slower if they tried. I wish I had gotten a friend and just moved it myself. They charged for 4 hours when they worked 3 hours and 31min (in slow motion with breaks where they stood around). The whole thing was really sleazy from start to finish, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I paid them what they wanted because I just wanted them to go away. I will never hire them again.

What an honest and good guy! Jeff gave me free advice on the phone for fixing my treadmill based on its symptoms and it worked! Definitely recommend!!!

This company has already exemplified 10-star customer service, and I've never paid them a dime! I contacted All Brands Fitness Repair for a second opinion on my Peak Trainer because the resistance had gone out. I spoke with Jeff, who was very attentive and pleasant. He asked me to send the requested information by email and that he'd get back to me the next day . Well, he called back within the next hour with a full report and eased my mind about the company from which I had gotten the first opinion. Jeff and this company are truly the definition of upstanding. He could have easily taken my business from the other place; instead, he encouraged me to stick with them because he believed they were right in their diagnosis when he could have just as easily accepted the money for his own company. In the future, I will be contacting All Brands Fitness Repair to do business with them. They've surely exceeded expectations and shown good moral character! Thank you, Jeff!

I needed my True elliptical repaired and disassembled in preparation for a move. I was prepared to not have a good experience. Boy was I wrong! All Brands Fitness Repair worked with me to schedule a time when they could come out. Not easy in the days leading up to a move. They repaired my machine and broke it down so that it could be moved. Totally professional and absolutely no stress. Wish that I could take them with me to service my elliptical on the other end. Five stars rating across the board; professionalism, expertise, service, and price. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff and DJ are exceptional in providing the utmost service a customer could ask for. I had a unique situation with getting a price of equipment first repaired, and second moved from one location to another. They made sure the job was completed to my total satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for any of your fitness equipment needs.

Called All Brands about our aged treadmill that was not running smoothly. Sent a technician out an hour later. Dave could determine the unit was okay, just needed a good lube. Dave spent a good deal of time teaching me about our treadmill including tips to keep it running smoothly. Very knowledgeable. This is an honest and trustworthy company. Highly recommend!

All I can say is: WOW! My treadmill was slightly damaged in getting it moved to my new home and also needed to be moved to the lower level. All Brands came to my rescue with replacement parts and took it apart to get it moved downstairs. They were mindful of walls when moving the treadmill and got it running again beautifully. This company is the team to call if you need your equipment repaired/moved. They are friendly and great to work with. Their rates are very reasonable too. Thank you so much for you expert service!!

Really positive experience. Called them--they happened to be available so very prompt. Very upfront with pricing so no surprise billing; and I felt quite reasonable prices. Courteous. Repaired a broken single stack machine and reconditioned treadmill and even advised how to do some routine maintenance ourselves.

Could not recommend DJ and Jeff enough! Very personable and what to help. They helped me trouble shoot the issue over the phone and when DJ was here to look at my treadmill he gave me good tips on maintenance for good up keep. In a world where it feels like customer service is a lost art, companies like All Brands and their employees restore your faith in humanity! Will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs their services. Plus DJ was super sweet to our pup! She loved the extra pets :)

This company kept ghosting my wife on a display repair for her treadmill. She even offered to get the screen so they could just show up and install it. At the end of the day, I had to do it. It wasn't difficult, but I would have preferred a professional repair since it's such an expensive machine.

We called All Brands about getting our treadmill belt replaced. They were responsive, gave a reasonable quote and within about a week they sent the nicest guy out to get the job done. He went above and beyond then gave us some free cooking tips to boot! Will definitely be calling them again for any treadmill repair needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Two days ago, I contacted the company to schedule a large repair job for an old (2015 model) elliptical machine. The associate I spoke with was extremely courteous, as was the technician. They were out to my house *within 24 hours of the call!!!*, all while respecting my scheduling requests. AMAZING, especially these days. The technician was super competent and repaired my elliptical with no issues. I used it today for the first time in months, and it ran smoothly and quietly with no issues. Their prices are also much better than a competitor that I had contacted, for price comparison. If you own fitness equipment, you know how difficult it is to find an available technician, let alone a quality business. Give All Brands Fitness a try; you won't be disappointed!

Just got off the phone with Jeff and DJ (technician), and am grateful for their help. I live in Paducah KY and needed repairs on our recumbent stepper. Though they were out of network to come help in person, they let me know exactly what to do to receive help for repair, then gave me an email for me to follow up to see if there’s anything else they could do to help. Haven’t seen customer care like this in a while. I highly recommend this company for any help you need regarding equipment repair.

The owner Jeff, the repairmen (DJ & Adam) were tremendous! My Nordictrac went down Sunday evening, called Jeff on Monday morning. He had his guys come all the way to Illinois to fix my machine. They were through with their approach, friendly, and honest. In this day and age, it’s hard to find good service but these 3 gentlemen did it! Kudos to them!! Seriously!!

I called thinking I needed a belt replacement but they were super helpful by talking me through the actual diagnosis for no charged! Saved me time and money. Thank you!

Our experience started out terrific! They came really fast and were so nice and courteous. They determined our treadmill needed a new console, and they were going to check on the price of a replacement. Unfortunately, there was no follow-through, and we never heard from them again. I called to follow up and was promised a callback but was never contacted.

I placed a service call at the end of March and the owner was very polite and professional, giving me advice on ways of fixing the problem with my treadmill without pressuring me to place a service order and having them come over my house. Dave Brandt was the technician who came to my house and was able to fix my treadmill. He was also very nice and professional, who kindly explained his repair work to my husband and me. My machine is now working beautifully and we are very grateful to All Brands Fitness Repair for such professional work done. Thank you very much!!

Wow. These guys are the best. They called me back right away and worked me in to their schedule the same day. DJ came out and checked out my treadmill and immediately identified the issue. Unfortunately I need a couple of parts from the manufacturer which takes a few days to get in. DJ showed me how to replace the parts myself in order to save me some money. He spent a lot of time going over what I need to do to keep my equipment running trouble free. Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences. I may give them a second review so I can give them 10 stars. :).
