I bought a used spin bike off of FB Marketplace, and whoever had worked on it last overtightened every screw and nut, even to the point where they stripped the heads on the screws that hold the chain cover in place (newsflash, musclehead - those screws only need to be tight enough to hold two pieces together, and have no stress placed on them). Because the bike had been neglected for a while, I knew that the bearings and the bottom bracket needed to be replaced. I was able to get the bearings off, but it wasn't possible for me to break loose the bottom bracket to replace it. I'd ordered the parts, and I was beginning to think I was just throwing good money after bad on this bike. Fortunately, I found Ace Fitness Services on a Google search. They were very quick to respond, and I was able to set up an appointment to get the job finished. Erik called as promised with an estimated arrival, and arrived when he said he would. He was friendly, professional, competent and efficient. He got the parts replaced and got the bike back together, tested it, and explained what had been done. He also gave me some valuable information for maintaining the bike moving forward. I highly recommend their services, and will definitely use them for my future service and repair needs.

Erik went above and beyond! Our ProForm Sport CX had a snap ring in the crank shaft come loose. We had some serious issues with ProForm regarding their customer service, and delivery of the new crank shaft. Took a couple months! However, once we received the part, Erik immediately responded, came to our home, and fixed the crank shaft. He also adjusted the flywheel tension to make it more difficult under heavy load, which my wife wanted done. He was professional and courteous throughout the repair, and it was obvious he knows exactly what he is doing. Highly recommend Ace Fitness Services if you want a PRO working on your equipment!

Bought a new treadmill and once I set it up, the tread didn't spin. Frustrated with the manufacturer, they were able to get Ace Fitness out quickly problem solved. Fantastic experience.

I paid 3,000 for a treadmill that only lasted a year. Trying to talk to there staff was a joke & nobody knew what error 26 was.
