From beginning to the end of the purchasing experience, the communication level was very high. The unit arrived looking and smelling new. It was obvious they did a good job on the refurbishing of the AMT. It runs smoothly, like new. I am very familiar with this unit and know what it should look and feel like. Most used units make squeezing noises from wear & tear. This unit is smooth as butter. Very satisfied ny purchase.

I am happily giving a 5 star review to Daniel and Rio with Ace Fitness Equipment. A few weeks back, I contacted Daniel expressing an interest in a Professional Gym Quality Elliptical Machine. He carefully guided me thru my options, and patiently spent time with me explaining the process and reassured me that although this was an expensive purchase, that he would ensure my satisfaction. After ordering the Elliptical Machine, I received weekly updates on the status of the build, as well as pictures and even a video of the Elliptical Machine that I ordered, then when it shipped, I received shipping updates and then when the machine was delivered, Daniel and Rio reached out again to ensure that everything was in order and that the shipping and delivery went smoothly. I was so pleased with their level of customer service, that I have since ordered a recumbent bike and a treadmill. Correspondence was friendly, timely and complete. Equipment was received in great condition in the time frame promised. Maintenance and cleaning information was provided, along with a point of contact in case of any issues. It was an easy and efficient transaction.

I just had the best purchasing experience in many years. I highly suggest using Ace Fitness for all of your fitness equipment needs. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful…..very very responsive! Rio is a great face to the consumer! Communication was outstanding throughout the process. I bought an Industrial based Precor elliptical from them. Shipping was seamless. The condition of the machine was pristine. The hardest part was moving that beast into my house. It operates perfectly. I’ve been working out for over 50 years… this was my best experience to date! Great technical team and wonderful overall culture!

Trustworthy company. They always replied (even if a little bit delayed) and delivered the product as promised. There was a miscommunication amongst the team since I paid for in home delivery, but the service technician who did the delivery was not aware of this and came only by himself. He still got the job done and did a great job. He also answered all my questions very transparently about the machine. In all fairness, they did ask me to send pictures of the house before delivery which I failed to do. It was not an easy job getting the machine to fit through the door! I love the machine and am definitely glad I got it through Ace. I will be reaching out to them should I need any repairs on my AMT.

My wife and I use Orange Theory Fitness but often struggle to get there during the week. Ace Fitness Equipment got us a rower from OTF at a great price, including shipping across the country, and with great support and updates throughout. Now we can do the whole circuit at home when time is short. I would absolutely use AFE again.

Going through Ace Fitness Equipment for my last purchase was an easy and relatively quick process. Everyone I talked to was pleasant, professional, helpful, and made the process painless (this includes me having to re-schedule delivery of my equipment at the last minute due to a family emergency on the original day of delivery). The equipment was as advertised, in great working order, clean, and ready to be used. A great overall experience.

I purchased an elliptical from FB marketplace from this business. The transaction was seamless. The cost of my life fitness elliptical was excellent and my husband was able to pick it up directly from the business. Casey was excellent with his communication through Facebook messenger. Upon using the elliptical a piece inside had fell off causing the machine to not be as smooth and squeeking. I reached out to FB messenger and received immediate response. They were very communicative and worked with me to come out and fix it after 5 when I would be home. Might I mention I live over a hour from their location. Daniel came out and got the job done. Very kind and thorough. The machine works great! I highly recommend doing business with this company. You won’t be disappointed!

Purchased a used Precor AMT 835 Commercial Series Adaptive Motion Trainer from Ace. Packaged well. Delivered on time. Works perfectly.

I was sold a “refurbished” Woodway 4Front with ball bearings that broke within 6 months of purchasing, screws that were stripped and broken, and NO SERIAL NUMBER🤯. So any repairs are virtually impossible. This is an unprofessional, unreliable business with questionable practices at best.

Best treadmill on the market and Ace Fitness was by far the most affordable and helpful. They kept in constant contact during the entire process and even sent photos of the treadmill during the testing phase and shipping. They also were able to help set up a separate company that would do the in home installation. They shopped around and got me the best price and made this entire process as seamless and stress free as possible.

I bought a Precor AMT from Ace Fitness Equipment. As a first time home gym equipment buyer, their customer service stood out as I was always supported whenever I had any questions or concerns. I am also very happy with the equipment and delivery! Even though there were some complications getting my equipment into the apartment, they were willing to help and disassemble the unit to take it up to my unit. Would definitely recommend them to others!

I was pretty nervous about ordering such a large and heavy piece of equipment from a company I'd never heard of, but after much research I settled on Ace Fitness and wow! they did not disappoint. From the start Daniel was very informative of the product that I was about to purchase. He walked me through the whole thing and gave me all the Information I needed because I always have a lot of questions. Rio was also very helpful. They were very knowledgeable of their equipment which is a thumbs up in my book. The person’s that delivered my elliptical machine were prompt on their timing and worked with me to get it into my house because I have narrow doorways, so he basically did what he had to do after I gave up and got the machine in there ,and it worked like a charm. It took us 3 years to decide to purchase our Precor elliptical. We’d had zero experience with refurbished exercise equipment, but after speaking with Daniel Tamaki at Ace Fitness, we felt much more comfortable. We received our unit and couldn’t be happier. Daniel promised us from day 1 that he would be our contact person, and he obviously meant it. Not once was he slow to respond to us, and we received a top notch unit! Great communication from ordering to delivering, delivery service was responsive, the treadmill has some slight wear like scuffs snd nicks but works great. Just like the one from the gym.

Daniel was so great. He was very attentive to calls. Made sure he answered all our questions. We got the elliptical AMT 835. It took me a try to get the stride and he walked me through how to use the machine. Delivery was a breeze. Overall, I recommend him and all his equipments!

Overall the experience was great. They were very communicative, providing detailed emails before the product shipped and then after as well. They sent me pictures of the treadmill and have provided helpful info since it arrived. I haven’t had a chance yet to run on the treadmill but it looks to be in great condition despite it being used.
