I called Jason when our cruddy treadmill broke. I gave him a try based solely on Google reviews and proximity. He answered the phone immediately, answered my questions and gave me thoughtful and experienced advice, and I took a risk and ordered a new treadmill from him. We are super happy with the experience we had. He is a very knowledgeable person who helped us pick a new machine within our budget. He ordered, delivered, and set up the new machine quickly, and hauled away our old one for a modest fee (totally worth it). His communication is stellar. I purchased an elliptical from another company, and instead of delivering it to an installer as per the contract, they mistakenly shipped it to my doorstep, as I specifically requested it to be installed in my basement. Fortunately, they promptly rectified their mistake by calling upon Jason. He performed an exceptional job of assembling and installing the elliptical in my basement, which involved some disassembly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. In the future, if I require any additional equipment or repairs, I have no hesitation in reaching out to Jason for assistance.

I highly recommend Jason. He returned my call the same day. Scheduled an appointment within a week and arrived on time. After determining that the treadmill had several problems, due to the cost of repairs we decided it was not worth repairing. Jason recommended a Vision T600, he ordered it the same day and it arrived about a week later. He delivered it, assembled it, removed the packing and took away the old treadmill all on the day and time I had requested. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You will not be disappointed.
