My experience with AAtlantic fitness will remain as one of the most professional organizations I have dealt with. From the receptionist to the technician, they were amazing. Chris was the technician who came out several times due to ongoing problems with my 1 1/2 yo treadmill. Not only did he work diligently to try to fix it, but he also called the company to help me resolve the issues. I can’t say enough for this company or Chris. Edit: After a communications mixup, I received a call from the office and then from owner, Chris to schedule an appointment to perform PM on my NordicTrack FS7i. I've always had good experiences with this team since I purchased the elliptical in 2017.

Chris came today to fix our treadmill. He was on time, professional, and polite. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave us tips for maintaining our equipment. Very happy with him and his service.

On the front end, Lacey at AAtlantic Fitness was great. Very friendly, responsive and helped me figure out what parts I needed. Quickly ordered the parts and got me on the schedule. During install, Chris was also very friendly and easy going. He clearly has a lot of experience putting these together as his work was quick and precise. Strongly recommend this business!!!!

chris and lacey absolutely turned around a ridiculous series of unforced errors by nordic track. chris didn’t leave until the elliptical was fully functioning and i could navigate it with ease. great communication and integrity! so rare in this front loaded/ghosting after sales support that seems to be the new normal.

Chris, the owner of Atlantic, came out to repair/adjust my older Expresso exercise bike. He was very familiar with my bike - how it shifts, n resistance, internal mechanics, etc. and gave me a tutorial on what could go wrong and why I didn’t need any expensive repairs. Big relief. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

First off, WOW!! I just had AAtlantic Fitness come out to fix my Norditrack bike. They were prompt, thorough and even came prepared with the exact part my bike needed so it was able to be fixed on the spot rather than having to wait for another visit. I truly can’t recommend them more highly!!

AAtlantic Fitness did a great job repairing my sole treadmill. Required several parts to be installed (new circuit board, new rollers, running belt). Running great now and much quieter!

I had an excellent experience with AAlantic Fitness. They came out twice to do my nordic track repair under warranty. Both times they had scheduled the technician to come within 48 hours, came on time, and fixed the problem.

Service was great. My elliptical is like a new machine!
