We have a 2012 model Sole Treadmill that's been in the family and in storage for a long time. AAtlantic Fitness serviced it last week and honestly it is running like a brand new machine. The Tech was knowledgeable and Friendly, took care of business, and got us up and running quite quickly. We appreciate the quick service, friendly competent people, and reasonable pricing. Aatlantic scheduled a tune-up visit for my treadmill very quickly, so that there was no interruption in my suffering (I mean "cardiovascular exercise"). Technician was friendly and knowledgable, recommended a fantastic brand of treadmill. Great to have a service like this on tap.

chris and lacey absolutely turned around a ridiculous series of unforced errors by nordic track. chris didn’t leave until the elliptical was fully functioning and i could navigate it with ease. great communication and integrity! so rare in this front loaded/ghosting after sales support that seems to be the new normal.

I had an excellent experience with AAlantic Fitness. They came out twice to do my nordic track repair under warranty. Both times they had scheduled the technician to come within 48 hours, came on time, and fixed the problem.

On the front end, Lacey at AAtlantic Fitness was great. Very friendly, responsive and helped me figure out what parts I needed. Quickly ordered the parts and got me on the schedule. During install, Chris was also very friendly and easy going. He clearly has a lot of experience putting these together as his work was quick and precise. Strongly recommend this business!!!!

AAtlantic Fitness did a great job repairing my sole treadmill. Required several parts to be installed (new circuit board, new rollers, running belt). Running great now and much quieter!

First off, WOW!! I just had AAtlantic Fitness come out to fix my Norditrack bike. They were prompt, thorough and even came prepared with the exact part my bike needed so it was able to be fixed on the spot rather than having to wait for another visit. I truly can’t recommend them more highly!!

Very professional and quick!

Chris, the owner of Atlantic, came out to repair/adjust my older Expresso exercise bike. He was very familiar with my bike - how it shifts, n resistance, internal mechanics, etc. and gave me a tutorial on what could go wrong and why I didn’t need any expensive repairs. Big relief. I highly recommend Chris and his team.
