AES Fitness is 1st rate! Very professional and prompt! I finally got my Lifecycle up and running thanks to Adam and his staff! Highly recommend to anyone looking for repair, maintenance, purchasing new, etc.

I had a tremendously positive experience with A.E.S. The owner Adam’s recommendation of the Endurance T25 was perfect for my needs. The treadmill was promptly delivered and professionally installed with my old treadmill being hauled away. Adam and his company get my highest recommendation for a job well done start to finish.

I called AES for assembly of a ToG plate loaded lat pullover machine. Scheduling was very straightforward. The guys that arrived at the designated time were courteous and respectful of our hygiene protocols. They did a great job assembling this machine, even working around a manufacturing defect to ensure that I had a useable piece of equipment before they left. They even cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable, a little lower than I had expected to pay. I will definitely use them again for assembly as well as maintenance and repair for my rather extensive collection of home gym equipment.

I highly recommend AES. I received a treadmill as a gift and hired them to assemble. Adam was great in working with me and the men he sent did a great job and were kind enough to remove the box the treadmill came in. They were thorough in their work and they arrived earlier than expected, which was great! I highly recommend them!

AES did a full gym installation for me. Full A-Z experience from unloading the delivery to positioning the assembled machines to my preference. Really easy to work with. They even fixed one of the bikes that arrived from the manufacturer slightly defected.

I got my treadmill for a very reasonable price and Adam and his team came and installed it. There was a hiccup as one of the modules wasn’t working but Adam got the part on order and ensured he fixed it before I needed it, and I’m very happy. Adam is the utmost professional.

We called AES to repair an Echelon stationary bike that was about 6!years old and used frequently. The technician came the first time but he needed a part to solve the problem. When the technician , Abayomi (AB), returned with the part, he worked tirelessly to correct the problem that wasn’t just a simple part replacement. AB was diligent and positive that success would occur and it did. We were very pleased with AB’s work ethic. He is a wonderful representative of AES!

Although there were some office scheduling misunderstandings that cost me several weeks of downtime, the technicians that worked on my woodway treadmill were absolutely top-notch. Job was done quickly and expertly. I would not hesitate to call on AES in the future, I would just make sure any scheduling was double-or-triple checked to make sure we were all on the same page.

I received excellent service from AES Fitness! I had a complicated mechanical issue with my Horizon treadmill. My situation involved a problem persisting after it was initially repaired and this company went above and beyond to make sure it got resolved. They took the initiative of getting a replacement part from the original dealer and making return visits to my home to not only collect data, but also to install the replacement part. Very grateful for this extra effort. The service technician and the scheduling receptionist are both very kind, easygoing people too. I would recommend this business to others and will call on them again for future needs. Thanks!

Purchased a 700 lb. functional trainer that was delivered in three days and left in my driveway blocking my garage entrance! I really needed to get it inside and installed quickly. I called a couple of companies and AES was willing to come within two days. Their prices were on par or better than the others. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They did a beautiful job putting together my functional trainer. They did it timely. They even called me in to give me a choice on options for the installation instead of just doing it They worked to ensure both cables were functioning the same They kept my workout room clean They were tolerant and friendly to my dog Overall, a great experience with AES. I will continue to call them for installs and repair repairs.

Word is born I been working with this company for a few years. I have a bike and an elliptical. This company was able to fix my issues with each machine quickly and efficiently. I have a 12 year old treadmill that needed a new belt. I personally purchased and changed the belt but had difficulty adjusting it properly. I was able to secure an appointment in two days. Not only did the technician adjust the belt but checked, cleaned and lubricated all the parts so my treadmill is working like new.

I purchased a Cybex arc trainer 750a total body machine. I must tell you that Adam was great in dealing with my purchase and made me feel so at ease that I had no second thoughts when purchasing. My delivery came as expected and the delivery men were just superb. They made sure the machine went in the house, (worked so hard at its care) and installed it, tried it and left only when it was in perfect condition and to my satisfaction. I must tell you that it’s such a great experience purchasing from A.E.S. Fitness and I highly highly recommend them for your fitness equipment needs . Just wonderful.

I just got a used treadmill delivered by Adam (Owner of A.E.S) and Brian. The whole process from start to finish was easy and simple. I reached out to Adam to inquire about the treadmill, he answered all of my questions within minutes. I really appreciated how straightforward we was with me. No sales pitches. I got the treadmill I wanted at a good price and it even included a 1 year warranty. Adam and his teamed stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process even when there was a delay in delivery. I never had to reach out to them to ask what was going on, they are the ones who reached out to update me. On delivery day Adam and Brian arrived on time and the treadmill was VERY heavy so getting it in the house with tons of snow on the ground was a challenge. Despite this they got it in the house, set it up, and working much faster than expected. I highly recommend going with A.E.S for gym equipment and repair.

My service tech was personable, knowledgeable, and on time. Not only did he service both my Precor elliptical , and Landice treadmill. He also provided insight into how to maintain them to prolong their life..very happy!

I took delivery of a 7 series commercial Precor treadmill from AES in Nov of 2023. Adam was extremely communicative during the purchasing /delivery process and shipped the treadmill to his local warehouse so I could test it. Price was reasonable for a slightly used commercial grade treadmill. He even changed the belt and decking prior to delivery. His delivery team showed up early and did a great job navigating the treadmill to the basement. Adam stands by what he sells and I will be using them again. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend them.

We used AES to install our home gym flooring and assemble two pieces of complicated gym equipment. They were amazing and did a great job! I would recommend AES and will use them again. We priced out the service and they are in line with other experienced service providers.

Making an appointment was easy, and Adam arrived at my home promptly. He immediately got to work, disassembling and removing the treadmill with meticulous care and expertise.
