I was dreading dealing with our Nordictrack issue, but Paul arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our treadmill problem. He gave me options and we were able to resolve the problem quickly and at a fair price. We would definitely use him again.

Excellent service from the owner, Paul. I needed to replace the belt on my 15-year-old Horizon Fitness treadmill. Paul got the model # by phone, I paid him to order the replacement, and we scheduled the appmt. for him to install it. It was a lot more work than I'd thought; he basically had to take the whole thing apart to get to the actual belt and to remove the old one. He was efficient and quick, while pleasant and professional. And now I know I need to have this maintained about once a year, based on how often I use it. I highly recommend this company!

I have a LiveStrong treadmill that I thought I would have to replace when the console stopped responding. Other fitness stores and repair places recommended getting rid of it without even doing a proper diagnosis. I am glad I got a second opinion from Paul ! These older treadmills are simple machines and should be serviceable. Paul came out in one day and fixed the issue with the console easily and less than an hour. He saved me the thousands it would have cost to buy a new machine. And he gave me the right information about my machine… that it is serviceable, has common parts, and has a good number of years left! The other technicians I spoke too gave me the completely opposite response! It just goes to show that seeking professional advice pays off. Horrible service unprofessional and expensive. Left our treadmill in the same condition fixed absolutely nothing $140 just to adjust the belt on top of that left some wires lose called him and asked him if he could fix it and just told us to fix it ourselves. Don’t waste your money!!!!
