Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with a variety price ranges and quality equipment that specifically fit my specific needs and budget. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, and he didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive things: he was able to provide the best products within my price range and for my specific needs. Good employees are rare, and Great employees are Unicorns. Management will definitely want to keep this one happy!

360 has an extremely broad selection of commercial and semi-commercial grade equipment. It’s like a candy store for exercise enthusiasts. The team there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So both great products and service. I’ve bought several pieces of equipment from them and also had them install the matting in my home gym. Highly recommended.

I was in the market for some gym equipment, and decided to check some stuff at this store. I am relatively new fitness enthusiast so I was a little lost when I came in. But one of the associates, Alex, walked me through what I really needed and didn't needed, and found equipment well under my budget instead of overselling to me. Big plus was that the store is organized and well put together, easy to navigate around.

Excellent equipment and deals! They helped me move everything and setup. Alex knew the equipment so well, he helped me understand what I needed and helped me understand what I didn’t need! Save me money. My home gym is complete !!

Good selection of treadmills - but what good is the selection of you can’t buy any of them? The one associate (Elias) in the store could not bother to stop talking with his friend on his cellphone to help us. He stayed on the phone through our 20 minute assessment of the treadmills in the store. Upon selecting the Landice, we walked over to Elias to ask for pricing; he pulled the phone away from his ear to ask "yes?". We had to request he hang up to help us, which he reluctantly did, but was not equipped with any pricing information. I jotted down our phone number and our questions on a paper as he requested. I’m still waiting for the call back. It’s been over a month. We are very happy with our purchase from elsewhere.

Depending on how you dress (if you look poor--you're probably out of luck) and what ethnicity you are (you better be the right one), you will either get used car sales service or the cold shoulder. The sales person will either smirk at you and tell you the "liability insurance of their store" prevents you from touching or trying out the machines or fawn over you. BTW, they don't post any of their policies so it's arbitrary and a big surprise whether they think you are worth their time or if you're going to get the liability insurance lecture. If you enjoy feeling like you're the interrupting the sales staffs' day by shopping in their store, you'd love this place. Good luck!

I went in to this store unsure of how to equip my home gym. Bobby was very knowledgeable and kind and made the whole process easy. I got all my equipment sooner than I thought I would. I can’t recommend this place enough !

The delivery team of Jay, Eric, and Luis were great! The squat rack and equipment look very sharp and we are excited to use everything!

I purchased a home gym from this store. Alexander, the manager, was very helpful. The company stands behind their sales with in-home service when required. I had three different reasons to have them come out to my home after the equipment was installed to make minor adjustments. I appreciate this and the way Alexander interacts with his customers. I would buy from them again.

I went into the store looking for some equipment for my home workouts since I quit the gym. I was greeted by a friendly young man named Paul. He was super helpful with his recommendations and I trusted his suggestions. It was a bonus because he has personal training experience, so he was able to suggest equipment to me that would be the most useful for what I wanted to do fitness wise. I came into the store with an idea of what I wanted, but Paul took my shopping experience to the next level. Highly recommend this place and ask for Paul Y. For you home gym needs!

I am new to fitness , I was hesitant about buying gym equipment but this store is amazing, good selection and friendly Staff. The sales rep Elias was really helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right things based on my needs. I am definitely coming back for more!

This place has Lots of equipment !!! From low to top tier. Plenty of options

Rudest experience. After being told, without an hello, to go to front door (I understand with Covid), I had to wait, in the cold, for a good while behind a table that blocks the door. I thought I would go through some questions and temperature and go in. Nope. The guy comes at last to see how he can help me. He shows me some kettles, bringing them to the table, and when I asks him the price for 2 different weight sets, he gave me the price per pound. So now I have to figure out the price for each different weight. I’ll figure it out in the warmth of my home and order them online. So much for trying to support local businesses.

I went looking for some weights. I didn’t know I needed a reservation to go in, which is understandable due to COVID. I asked the sells rep if they had a steel plyo box, he wasn’t much help, I wanted to see some weights he wouldn’t even let me hold them, so I ended up leaving to precore In Cupertino. There I was allowed in, I was able to see the quality of the items I was interested in, and I bought there everything I was looking for.

Good selection, but old style used car type sales people. It is like a blast from the past. Could not get a straight price. Had to call a manager, etc, etc, etc.
