I recently bought a recumbent bicycle from 360 Fitness. It required service, and Iwant to thank the Service Department. Geisa orchestrated the service calls in a prompt and professional manner. She listened to my concerns and needs. Luis handled the service calls. He was prompt,professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend 360 Fitness. JS

Luis, Jeff and Fabian did an excellent job today delivering our new Nordictrack treadmill! Their “White Glove Delivery” included everything that was promised in a courteous and professional manner! We highly recommend them and 360 Fitness Superstore!

Been here a few times now and the staff is always super helpful and I don't feel like they try to upsell me or get me to buy things I don't need. I'll come back again anytime I need more

I'm so happy we found this fitness equipment superstore! They have a great selection to choose from for the expansion of our home gym!...We couldn't be happier with our new stationary bike and collapsible rowing machine! Also, the customer service we received from Tony at the Dublin store was A+! He was knowledgeable, friendly and ready to assist and answer any questions we had about the equipment. In addition to the awesome customer service, our equipment was delivered assembled 4 days prior to the projected delivery date!...We all have choices when shopping for anything, but if you need fitness equipment, do yourself a favor and visit 360 Fitness Superstore!

We did not make our purchase decision from the negative reviews regarding delivery. We did preorder our rack. It was available as promised. Francisco at the Dublin location was so helpful. If you are considering a home gym or expanding your equipment you owe it to yourself and your wallet to check out 360 Fitness. The Dublin location is our go to store for all our home gym needs. Ask for Francisco. He has great advice.

While I do agree with the negative reviews, this year has been hard on the fitness industry as a whole and most equipment availability has been very fluid. I'd say, give them a chance, you do have to stay on top of them once an order is placed, call every few weeks to follow up. Their prices can't be beat on a lot of items. I've always had good luck dealing with Tony from the Dublin store.

Whatever you do, DO NOT PRE-ORDER from these people. They told me they were getting in some adjustable weights and the wait time was about 3 week. After 10 weeks of waiting, still nothing. I called multiple times and they kept making excuses and no one bothered to contact me regarding the delays. I know we are in covid times, but does it hurt you to let your customers know that the delays have been extended? I finally asked for my refund and they didn’t even prioritize it. I had to dispute the charge with my credit company. So beware of doing business with these people and don’t pay cash in the event you need to dispute it.

Ordered a $3k+ Machine in April. Told the shipping would be 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I call and they said the order was cancelled due to being out of stock. No email stating it was cancelled. They said they called but couldn’t state they left a message. Money refunded but no “oh, by the way...you’re waiting for nothing”. So disappointed in this company. 8 weeks to follow up and nada, zip, zilch, zero, nil. Bought it elsewhere, cheaper and with a ten day wait.

Superb Service! They took care of what another fitness store dropped the ball on. Thank you Giesha and the rest of the 360 fitness staff that made buying a new rack system easy and down to details exactly what I wanted.

Called to ask a few questions and compare product details that aren't spelled out in the website. I couldn't get more than a word or two in on any product before being interrupted and told "it doesn't matter because I don't have that product right now." After getting that multiple times, I decided I'd shop elsewhere and recommend you do as well.

My boss shops got his gym from here and recommended the place to me. Picked up a bench, bar, weights, and floor mats. The guys were a big help loading my truck

Needed a treadmill and some weights, the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right one that was still within my budget. Very pleased with their customer service!
